Individual Club Athlete – 4 Month Plan

$400 (Every 4 Months)

Individual Athlete- 4 month plan includes:

  • Swim-Specific Dryland programming 6 days/ week: 8&U= 6x15min sessions, 9-10= 6x20min sessions, 11-12= 6x30min sessions, 13-14= 6x30min sessions, 15&Over= 6x45min sessions, College = 6x45min sessions.
  • Prehab routines to help prevent injury.
  • Password Protected access to website educational content on nutrition & wellness, sport psychology, leadership, and training for athletes and parents.
  • Customer Service support from SSDL when needed.
  • Google Sheets-friendly email required to access workouts.
